Una vez que el cliente ya est\u00e1 alojado en el establecimiento y se quiere realizar una modificaci\u00f3n o cambio de habitaciones puede hacerlo de las siguientes formas:<\/p>\n
1.-<\/strong> Si la reserva es individual<\/strong> (1 alojamiento): acceda a la ficha de la reserva, b\u00fasquela a trav\u00e9s de Listados -> Estancias pasadas y actuales o bien sobre el planning o cuadro de habitaciones, pulse sobre la misma con el bot\u00f3n derecho de la habitaci\u00f3n y acceda a la ficha de la reserva.<\/p>\n Una vez en la reserva, pulse el bot\u00f3n \u201cCambio alojamiento\u201d y seleccione en la lista el nuevo alojamiento. Si tiene alg\u00fan suplemento a\u00f1\u00e1dalo haciendo click sobre la nueva habitaci\u00f3n\/alojamiento.<\/p>\n Acepte para guardar cambios y la modificaci\u00f3n se reflejar\u00e1 ya en el planning o casillero habitaciones.<\/p>\n 2.- <\/strong>Si la reserva de grupo<\/strong> (2 \u00f3 m\u00e1s alojamientos), deber\u00e1 acceder igualmente a la ficha de la reserva del grupo y a continuaci\u00f3n en el cuadro de habitaciones reservadas, haga click sobre la que desea cambiar y acceda a la ficha individual del alojamiento. A continuaci\u00f3n, pulse en el bot\u00f3n \u201cCambio alojamiento\u201d y seleccione en la lista el nuevo alojamiento.
